Christopher Matheson
Chris is a senior associate in the firm with over 20 years of experience litigating in Massachusetts and Washington state courts. He has represented condominiums, homeowners’ associations, property management companies, developers, contractors, real estate agents, architects, and professional engineers in a wide range of cases in state and federal court. His specific areas of practice include construction defects, defense of directors & officers, condominium enforcement, and other condominium and property disputes.
Dawn D. McDonald
Dawn is a partner of the firm and concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, construction litigation and employment law. She has spent the past twenty one years as a successful trial attorney and then a partner, as well as manager, of the litigation department of a well-established law firm in Western Massachusetts. She is an accomplished trial lawyer and has extensive experience handling complex multi-million dollar commercial litigation for individuals, corporations, small business owners and financial institutions in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Joseph D. Saurino
Joe is an associate in the firm and concentrates his practice on advising both condominium association boards and property managers on the ins and outs of the Massachusetts condominium statute, as well as on general association management issues.
William F. Thompson
Will is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice on general condominium law as well as rule and lien enforcement. Will utilizes over 15 years of condominium law experience to provide strategic advice to condominium associations on a wide variety of legal issues related to condominiums, including: drafting and interpretation of governing documents, lien enforcement actions, the enforcement of rules and covenants, and condominium governance and operational issues.
