We offer a low-cost, high-value collection program for all of our HOA and condominium association clients and charge flat rates for nearly all aspects of the lien enforcement process.  We understand it can be difficult for our clients when they lose revenue because of non-payment by owners.  For this reason, we will defer payment of our legal fees and costs in all standard non-payment lien enforcement matters until such time as we recover payment of the lien amount or the case is resolved.  This is just one of the many ways our firm protects our clients and puts their interests first.
