Areas of focus: Condominium Law. Lien Enforcement and
Real Estate Law
Will is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice on general condominium law as well as rule and lien enforcement. Will utilizes over 15 years of condominium law experience to provide strategic advice to condominium associations on a wide variety of legal issues related to condominiums, including: drafting and interpretation of governing documents, lien enforcement actions, the enforcement of rules and covenants, and condominium governance and operational issues. Prior to joining MEEB, Will was an associate with a metro west law firm, where he focused on residential and commercial conveyancing as well as land use matters.
Will frequently writes and lectures on a variety of topics related to condominium law.
Before entering law school, Will was a high school history teacher and coach.
