Adam is a senior associate at the firm, and his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, land use matters, and condominium and community association law.

Adam has represented businesses, private individuals, municipalities and public agencies in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of real estate, including title and survey due diligence, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and closing transactions. He also has extensive experience counseling clients in the development of condominium projects of all sizes, including 55 and older communities and developments including affordable units.

Prior to joining MEEB, Adam most recently worked at a Boston firm focusing on condominium and community association law, including drafting and amending governing documents, analyzing and interpreting existing documents, lien enforcement support, and reviewing and preparing easement agreements and other title matters, as well as also leading the firm’s transactional closing practice.

Adam’s prior experience also includes work at a firm in Newton representing commercial and residential developers, individual real estate clients, and several cooperative corporations, and time at a Boston firm where his land use experience included preparing zoning analyses and zoning applications, and representing telecommunication clients in permitting proceedings for siting facilities before land use boards in numerous municipalities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Adam was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015, 2016, and 2022, and his experience in both real estate and land use matters allows him to identify, understand and assist with the client’s needs during the acquisition, permitting and post-development stages. Developers and other clients can count on his strategic advice and counsel and diligent advocacy in connection with their projects and transactional matters.
