Dean Lennon, Esq. is a partner in the firm of Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks and concentrates his practice on the general representation of condo and HOA boards in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.  Such representation includes lien enforcement and rules enforcement matters as well as condo document amendments and interpretation.  He works closely with boards to provide legal advice and counsel for day to day governance issues.  Dean is a member of the CAI New Hampshire Legislative Action Committee (NHLAC) and the Emerging Leaders Network Committee (ELN).  He is a regular contributor to Condo Media magazine and speaker at CAI-NE events.

Dean received his law degree, cum laude, from New England Law | Boston, and his undergraduate degree in political science from Vassar College.  While in law school he was a member of the New England Law Review.  Before joining the firm, Dean represented institutional banks in a wide variety of real estate and foreclosure-related litigation.
