Dillon is a junior partner in the firm’s Condominium, Real Estate, and Landlord Tenant Departments. He joined the firm in 2019 and focuses his practice on representing condominium associations, condominium developers, as well as residential and commercial landlords. Specifically, Dillon advises condominium and homeowner associations, as well as property managers, on all aspects of community association law including: review and interpretation of governing documents, rule enforcement, document amendments, land acquisition, withdrawals of land from the Land Court’s registration system, leasing, contract review, and developer rights. As a part of his real estate and permitting practice, Dillon also advises clients on a wide range of real estate transaction and development matters including: residential real estate closings, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, title examinations, analyzing zoning ordinances and bylaws, securing municipal permits, challenging development permits, and reviewing site plans. Dillon is also a registered agent with CATIC and issues title policies for buyers purchasing real estate.

As a junior partner in the firm’s Landlord Tenant Department, Dillon represents Massachusetts Landlords in all phases of the eviction process including: review of lease/occupancy agreements, enforcement of lease provisions, processing of security deposits and last month’s rent, terminating tenancies, drafting notices to quit, compliance with Federal Housing Regulations (including Section 8), and litigation of summary process (eviction) actions in all Massachusetts Housing Courts. Dillon also drafts and negotiates both residential and commercial lease agreements.
