Join MEEB attorneys, Thomas Aylesworth and Gary Daddario, as they partner together to share their expertise on the essentials, requirements and timelines of the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (“BERDO”) and the MBTA Community Act.  BERDO was adopted in Boston and is likely to soon be adopted in other New England Communities, and under the MBTA Community Act, any condominium or other housing development properties could be redistricted to promote future growth and development.  Thom and Gary will also explore municipalities being friend or foe to condominiums. Attendees will receive guidance concerning the involvement of the local municipality in condominium cases, including when and how municipalities might be relevant to enforcement and similar matters. Attendees will also be presented with pros and cons and real-life examples MEEB attorneys have encountered on these topics during their practices at MEEB.
