EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: HENRY GOODMAN & CHRISSIE REISSFELDER
Henry Goodman, an original founding partner, when MEEB opened its doors, is considered, in the world of condominium law, to be one of the first attorneys in Massachusetts to concentrate his practice on representation of condominium associations. Henry’s most notable accolade includes being a founding member of the New England Chapter of the Community Associates Institute (CAI-NE) and one of the initial drafters of the Massachusetts “SuperLien”, giving condominium associations the ability to file liens for unpaid condominium fees which are given priority over actual mortgage holders. He also served on many CAI committees, being President of the National Business Partners’ Council, a member of the National Board of Trustees as well as a member of the Board of Governors of the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). He also served on the National Amicus (friend of the Court) Review Committee and drafted many state briefs.
In 2004, Chrissie Reissfelder, a talented legal assistant, joined Henry’s firm. Chrissie and Henry worked tirelessly together to support their clients, helping condominium associations across the state navigate the legal system.
Nearly twenty years later, Henry made a brilliant decision to merge his practice and rejoin his good friends at MEEB. Chrissie made the transition with Henry. They continue their journey together, zealously representing clients across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida.
