Areas of focus: Litigation
Thom brings more than 15 years of legal experience to the firm’s Litigation Department. He has represented clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire litigation matters involving real estate, land use, zoning, construction, and a broad range of commercial disputes. He has litigated numerous cases in administrative agencies, state courts, and federal courts. He maintains an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell.
Before joining Marcus Errico, Thom represented real estate developers and commercial litigation clients at Nutter McClennen and Fish in Boston and at Freeman Law Group on Cape Cod. During law school, he was an intern on the Senate Judiciary Committee working with Senator Paul Simon, and he worked as an assistant to Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe in appeals before the United States Supreme Court. Prior to law school, he worked as a high school English teacher.
