Areas of focus: Condominium Practice Group
Dillon is an associate in the firm’s Condominium Practice Group and Real Estate Department. He joined the firm in 2019 and focuses his practice on representing condominium associations and condominium developers. As an associate in the firm’s Condominium Practice Group, Dillon advises condominium and homeowner associations, as well as property managers, on all aspects of community association law including: review and interpretation of governing documents, rule enforcement, document amendments, land acquisition, and developer rights. As an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Dillon also advises clients on a wide range of real estate transaction and development matters including: negotiating purchase and sale agreements, title examinations, analyzing zoning ordinances and bylaws, and reviewing site plans.
Dillon also represents Landlords in all phases of the eviction process including: reviewing lease/occupancy agreements, enforcement of lease provisions, processing of security deposits, drafting notices to quit, and pursuit of summary process (eviction) actions in all Massachusetts Housing Courts.
