We are beaming with pride and excitement to announce that our own Stephen Marcus has been awarded the Don Buck Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honor given by CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). The award recognizes attorneys who exhibit exceptional leadership in the field of community association law. Stephen is only the 5th recipient in the country to receive this prestigious award.

It is no surprise that Stephen has been given this award. Stephen has devoted his career and continues to dedicate and commit himself to the community association industry. He has led efforts by CCAL to establish and provide updates on key legal issues for CAI members. He has worked to expand and better communicate the importance of CAI’s work to shape legal cases around the country through his involvement as chair of the CAI Amicus Committee. Massachusetts environmental regulations.
