Published on: May 13, 2020

MEEB partner Matthew Gaines recently testified at the State House before the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government on behalf of Community Associations Institute in opposition to legislation relative to clotheslines in common areas of the condominiums and community associations.  Senate Bill 1169, An Act relative to solar drying of laundry, seeks to prevent condominiums and community associations from prohibiting the use of clotheslines in common areas.  Matt was also interviewed for a story on Greater Boston which aired on WGBH regarding this proposed legislation.  To view the segment of Matt’s interview on Greater Boston [click here].
